Which data we process
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject, message, chosen language, and your privacy consent. For security and abuse prevention, technical data may be temporarily processed, such as IP address, time, browser information, and the outcome of the bot check.
When you accept analytical cookies, Google Analytics processes information about the use of the website. Analytics is only loaded after you have given explicit consent. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.
OurCMS and Google/YouTube data
OurCMS is a content and social media management application developed and operated by MultiMediaMarkers. When an authorised administrator connects a Google Account or YouTube Brand Account, OurCMS receives and stores the channel identifier, title, handle, basic channel statistics, granted OAuth permissions, connection status, access token and refresh token. Subscriber-count snapshots may be retained for reporting.
OurCMS uses this information only to identify the selected channel, show its connection health and statistics, upload videos selected or scheduled by an administrator, manage or delete videos when an administrator requests this, and maintain the authorised connection. OurCMS does not use Google or YouTube data for advertising, does not sell it and does not share it with unrelated third parties.
Google and YouTube connection data is retained while the channel remains connected or while it is needed to provide the requested service. An authorised administrator can disconnect the channel in OurCMS, which removes its stored connection credentials. Access can also be revoked through the Google Account security settings. Privacy or deletion requests can be sent to info@multimediamarkers.com.
OurCMS handles information obtained from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Purposes and foundations
We use contact details solely to answer your question and, if applicable, to follow up on your request. The legal basis is your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries securely. We only use Google Analytics with consent. We process technical security data to protect the website and the form against misuse.
Processors and infrastructure
- Firebase Hosting acts as the public entrance to the website. Google Cloud Run processes website requests and executes the server application.
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise helps automatically detect abuse of the contact form.
- MailerSend sends contact messages to our mailbox. The website does not store the content of the form in its own database.
- Google Analytics 4 is loaded in Production only with consent.
Processor agreements are made with suppliers where necessary. Transfer outside the European Economic Area only takes place with an appropriate legal safeguard.
Retention periods
The application does not store contact form content. However, a sent message may end up in the MultiMediaMarkers mailbox and in the technical sending administration of MailerSend. We do not retain business correspondence longer than necessary for responding, service provision, and legal obligations. Security logs are kept limited and do not contain message content.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or transfer of your personal data, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw consent for analytics by clearing local website data or cookies in your browser. Send a request to info@multimediamarkers.com. Do not include a copy of proof of identity before we specifically request it via a secure method.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
