ROYAL OOSTERHOF HOLMAN STOCK EXCHANGE APP
Stock Market App
For Koninklijke Oosterhof Holman, we developed an app that makes their exhibition stand interactive with Augmented Reality. Visitors can scan a large table (2×1 meters), after which the Energiecampus Leeuwarden appears on the table in animated 3D. Background information is obtained by clicking on the various call-outs. The back and side walls of the stand were also utilized. Various elements on these are scannable and provide background information through videos and the option to click through to a website or an online brochure.
Visitors can view the AR images again at home, as all images have been incorporated into an exhibition brochure. Additionally, the app offers the ability to ‘place’ the Energiecampus Leeuwarden in 3D without scanning an image. This allows users to place the Campus in their own environment, on a table or on the floor, and view it from all angles and in detail.
The app as a sales tool
Using a login code, the app can also be used by KOH's own employees as a sales tool. Interested visitors can be registered directly in the trade fair registration system within the app. Employees can also quickly open relevant brochures in this dedicated area of the app during client meetings.
Integrating a protected section of the app using login codes will also make it possible in a subsequent phase to show augmented (photorealistic) 3D images of new projects to specific clients that are not yet public.
For us—stand builder Bano, our designer Michel Rozenberg, and MultiMediaMarkers—incorporating Augmented Reality into an exhibition stand was a new concept. I found it a fun and educational process, especially because all parties approached it with such enthusiasm. And it is fantastic that by working well together, you ultimately arrive at a well-functioning and cool concept. That is how an idea suddenly becomes reality. The contact with Sigrid was pleasant: she kept her promises, was clear in her communication, and helped brainstorm to achieve the most optimal end result.

Cooperation
In this project, we collaborated intensively with all involved parties to achieve an optimal result. The scanned images, which needed to be clearly recognizable and incorporated into the stand design, turned out beautifully, thanks to designer Michel Rozenberg of Your Identity Reclame. Stand builder Bano created a stunning stand from this and made it possible to thoroughly test the functionality of the AR beforehand by providing test prints. Naturally, the content displayed is also crucial to the success of Augmented Reality, and in this regard, Agnes from client Koninklijke Oosterhof Holman has done a very good job.
Many thanks to everyone for the enjoyable and educational collaboration!
